Service orders can be cancelled only before work begins.

Once the service setup, campaign execution, or strategy planning has started, no refund will be issued.

Monthly service fees or pre-paid retainers are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
3. Advertising Budgets

Any money spent on platforms such as Facebook (Meta), Google Ads, WhatsApp, or other third-party services is non-refundable.

We are not responsible for ad disapprovals, rejected campaigns, account restrictions, or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in rare and valid situations, such as:

Payment deducted but course or service access was not provided due to technical issues
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
